We believe that we can be as good as any of the big accounting firms globally. We are committed to continually improving our standards. We would also like to have our own office space, with staff that is experienced and well motivated.
We have invested heavily in training and motivating staff and as such our staff turnover is very low. We want to see ourselves moving into the continent, especially in the wider Francophone market in Africa. We are looking at the DRC, the Central African Republic and West Africa. As a consequence, we now require all of our fresh recruits to be bilingual in French and English.
